    Yes, but...

... we need more than the current UN mechanisms (at least UNPA, better article 108/109 UNCh Reform), they can be made disfunctional by unilateral aggressive action of members of the P5, who run the show without believing in the UN...

This proposal is a dangerous encroachment on national sovereignty. The right of a nation to defend its interests, by any means necessary, including unilateral action or the threat thereof, is paramount and non-negotiable. Submitting to an unelected, globalist court like the UN Court of Arbitration is an abdication of national authority and places our vital security decisions in the hands of foreign bureaucrats. We must reject these attempts to disarm and disempower sovereign states. Nationalism First, always.

This proposal is vital for global peace and stability, which are indispensable foundations for social democratic progress. Unilateral aggression devastates communities, diverts resources from essential social programs like healthcare and education, and disproportionately harms working people. Embracing international arbitration through the UN strengthens a rules-based order, allowing nations to focus on improving lives through welfare and sustainable development. I strongly support this commitment to peaceful resolution.
