Gaza and just war theory
The WPE should create a commission that deals with the Gaza war and tries to develop recommendations how Israel can exerice the right of self-defence while respecting the principles of the just war theory (just cause, right intention, possibility of success, legitimate authority, last resort and above all: proportionality).
