We support the following statement of German Chancellor Scholz and stress the obvious: It is a response to US President-elect Trump:  https://www.deutschland.de/de/videos/scholz-calls-for-respect-for-borders

The rethoric of Donald Trump highlight the global state of anarchy (in the sense of de-facto rule of the strongest) that the nations of the earth are living in, the UN covenants are very thin veils disguising this fact indeed.

And that is exactly why we need a world Parliament...

Support for supranational institutions seems to decline, however, partly due to some recent developments which gave the UN a partisan touch (Guterres' handshake with Putin, Gaza statements). Sad... and also a question where this comes from and how it can be fixed.
A world parliament could be the proper answer. How could this be accomplished without the UN (not to mention known problems as the World Security Council)? I'm quite sure that a mere bottom up approach will not do the job.
I guess a start would be to create more interest for supranational democracy but have to confess that I presently don't have an idea how to pull this off...
