Your suggestion seemed to focus on allowing individuals to express their hardships in front of a court. However, is this enough, or should there be some remedy or relief for these individuals, and if yes, in which form?

You mentioned ICJ as possible forum, which already exists. Giving individual human beings a standing in this court might mean changing the underlying rules and possibly the Charter. Do you have any ideas for how this can be achieved?

Maybe we should discuss if there are ways of integrating this issue in existing courts - and, as Lars mentioned, this would for instance require the International Court of Justice to allow for individual persons to make their case. If there are no such possibilities, then a new institution in my view can be argued for much more convincingly.

Do you think a institution similar to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) would be a possible form? Or the ICC (International Criminal Court)?

After your vote was successful, I am interested in details: what should the court be allowed to do? Similar to ICC? More or less far-reaching?
