Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority Amendment (Governance and Other Measures) Bill 2021
Amends the Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority Act 2008 to abolish the Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Board and establish an advisory board and expert advisory committees to provide advice to the Chief Executive Officer on certain matters including organ or tissue donation and transplantation matters, and for the Authority to make grants relating to organ and tissue donation and transplantation.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6726
