Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme (Facilitation) Bill 2021
Introduced with the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2021 to facilitate the implementation of certain aspects of the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme, the bill: provides that the receipt of a redress payment does not affect a person's eligibility for any pension, benefit, payment or service under a law of the Commonwealth or require the repayment of an amount to the Commonwealth; and provides that the redress payment cannot be transferred to another person, either by voluntary act or by operation of law.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6764
