National Anti-Corruption Commission (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2022
Introduced with the National Anti-Corruption Commission Bill 2022, the bill amends: 25 Acts to make consequential amendments, including to confer powers on the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner that are currently conferred on the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity's Integrity Commissioner; and the Telecommunications Act 1997 to confer industry assistance powers on the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner.
