Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as An Ghníomhaireacht um Fhoréigean Baile, Gnéasach agus Inscnebhunaithe and to provide for its functions; to provide for the transfer of certain functions, staff, rights and liabilities and records of the Child and Family Agency to the said body and for those purposes to amend the Child and Family Agency Act 2013; to amend the National Archives Act 1986; and to provide for related matters.oireachtas.ie/en/bills/bill/2023/67/
