Bill entitled an Act to give further effect to Directive 2009/103/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 relating to insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles, and the enforcement of the obligation to insure against such liability, as amended by Directive (EU) 2021/2118 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2021 and for that purpose and other purposes to amend the Insurance Act 1964, the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000, the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010 and the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations 2015 (S.I.
