Export Control Amendment (Streamlining Administrative Processes) Bill 2022
Amends the Export Control Act 2020 to: provide for the use and disclosure of certain information, including protected information; enable the secretary to impose or vary conditions at the same time as approving a variation to an approved arrangement, accredited property, registered establishment or export licence; require fit and proper person assessments to take into consideration certain information received under the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Collection Act 1991; and make minor technical amendments.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6951
