Introduced with the Private Health Insurance Legislation Amendment (Medical Device and Human Tissue Product List and Cost Recovery) Bill 2022 and Private Health Insurance (Prostheses Application and Listing Fees) Amendment (Cost Recovery) Bill 2022, the bill amends the Private Health Insurance (National Joint Replacement Register Levy) Act 2009 to: update references to the renamed Private Health Insurance (Medical Devices and Human Tissue Products) Rules; and amend an incorrect reference to a ministerial determination.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6959
