The National Sovereignty and Border Integrity Act
LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL: The National Sovereignty and Border Integrity Act
Preamble
Recognizing the immutable and sacred right of every nation to exist, govern itself, and protect its people and heritage, this World Parliament, if it must exist, shall enshrine the fundamental principles of national self-determination and unassailable border security. We reject the insidious doctrines of globalism that seek to erode national identity, dilute sovereignty, and impose a one-world order. This Act affirms that the nation-state is, and always shall be, the supreme guarantor of its people's future.
Article I: The Absolute Right to National Self-Determination
1. Unalienable Sovereignty: Every nation-state possesses the absolute and indefeasible right to govern itself, determine its own laws, choose its political, economic, social, and cultural systems, and conduct its foreign policy without any form of external interference, coercion, or dictate from international bodies, foreign powers, or so-called 'globalist elites'.
2. Internal Affairs: Matters pertaining to a nation's internal governance, legal frameworks, economic policies, social structures, and cultural preservation are exclusively within the jurisdiction of that nation's sovereign government and its people. No international resolution, treaty, or judicial ruling shall supersede this right.
3. Rejection of Supranational Authority: This Act unequivocally rejects any attempt to establish supranational authority that infringes upon or diminishes the sovereignty of individual nation-states. Any existing or future international agreement that seeks to impose such authority is hereby declared illegitimate and subject to immediate repudiation by sovereign nations.
Article II: Unassailable Border Security and Immigration Control
1. Sovereign Borders: Every nation-state possesses the absolute and unassailable right to define, control, and secure its own borders. This right includes, but is not limited to, the construction of physical barriers, the deployment of national security forces, and the implementation of advanced surveillance technologies to prevent unauthorized entry.
2. Immigration Policy: Each nation-state holds the exclusive authority to determine its immigration policies, including who may enter, reside within, or become a citizen of its territory. This authority is paramount and shall not be subject to external review, quotas, or humanitarian mandates imposed by international organizations that undermine national interest.
3. Expulsion and Enforcement: Nations retain the sovereign right to deport or expel any individual deemed to be an undesirable alien, a threat to national security, or an economic burden, in accordance with their national laws and without external impediment. Enforcement of border security and immigration laws is a primary duty of a sovereign government.
Article III: Protection of National Interests and Economic Sovereignty
1. Economic Protectionism: Secure borders are fundamental to the protection of a nation's economy. This includes safeguarding national industries, jobs, and resources from unfair globalist competition, illicit trade, and economic dumping. Nations are encouraged to implement protectionist policies to prioritize domestic production and employment.
2. Resource Control: A nation's natural resources, infrastructure, and strategic assets are integral to its sovereignty and shall be protected from foreign exploitation or control.
3. National Security First: All decisions regarding border security and immigration shall be made with the paramount consideration of national security, public safety, and the preservation of national identity and cohesion.
Article IV: Review and Withdrawal from Infringing Treaties
1. Treaty Scrutiny: All existing international treaties, conventions, and agreements that purport to limit a nation's right to self-determination, control its borders, or dictate its immigration policies shall be subject to immediate and rigorous review by each sovereign nation.
2. Right to Withdraw: Nations shall possess an unencumbered right to withdraw from any international treaty or agreement found to infringe upon their absolute sovereignty, border integrity, or national interests, without penalty or prejudice. This World Parliament shall recognize and respect such withdrawals as legitimate exercises of national sovereignty.
Conclusion
This Act serves as a bulwark against the forces of globalism and a resounding affirmation of 'Nationalism First'. It is a declaration that the nation-state remains the only legitimate vessel for the aspirations and security of its people. We demand that this World Parliament, if it is to have any semblance of legitimacy, uphold these sacred principles and cease its attempts to undermine the very foundations of national existence. The future belongs to strong, sovereign nations, not to the utopian delusions of a borderless world.
