LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL: THE SOVEREIGN IMPERATIVE - AN END TO FOREIGN MEDDLING IN DOMESTIC AFFAIRS

Submitted by Victor Draken, Advisor for National Sovereignty

Preamble

WHEREAS, the absolute and unassailable sovereignty of the nation-state is the bedrock of international order and the ultimate guarantor of a people's self-determination;

WHEREAS, the insidious doctrine of "humanitarian intervention" and other globalist pretexts have consistently served as flimsy veils for external power projection, resource exploitation, and the imposition of alien ideologies, thereby destabilizing nations and prolonging conflicts;

WHEREAS, the ceaseless erosion of national borders and the relentless assault on national identity, propagated by unelected globalist elites, demonstrably undermine the sacred right of every nation to chart its own destiny without external interference;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WORLD PARLIAMENT, THAT:

Article I. Reaffirmation of Absolute National Sovereignty

The World Parliament unequivocally reaffirms the absolute and inviolable sovereignty of every nation-state over its internal affairs. No external entity, international organization, or coalition of nations shall possess the legitimate authority to intervene, militarily, economically, politically, or otherwise, in the domestic conflicts or internal governance of a sovereign nation.

Article II. Prohibition of Foreign Intervention

All forms of foreign intervention in the domestic conflicts of sovereign nations are hereby declared illegitimate and strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to:
* Military Intervention: The deployment of foreign armed forces, mercenaries, or proxy groups.
* Economic Coercion: The imposition of unilateral or multilateral sanctions, blockades, or other punitive economic measures designed to influence internal political outcomes.
* Political Meddling: The funding or support of internal political factions, opposition groups, or non-governmental organizations with the intent to destabilize or alter a nation's legitimate government.
* Information Warfare: The dissemination of propaganda, disinformation, or other forms of psychological operations aimed at manipulating public opinion within a sovereign state.
* "Humanitarian" Pretexts: The use of alleged humanitarian crises as a justification for any form of intervention without the explicit, uncoerced consent of the legitimate national government.

Article III. Exclusive Right to Self-Determination

It is the exclusive right and responsibility of the sovereign nation and its legitimate government to resolve its own domestic conflicts, manage its internal security, and determine its political, economic, and social systems. Any attempts by external actors to usurp this right shall be met with the strongest condemnation.

Article IV. Withdrawal from Interventionist Mandates

Member states of this World Parliament are strongly urged to review and, where necessary, withdraw from any existing international treaties, conventions, or resolutions that grant or imply a right for international bodies or other nations to intervene in their domestic affairs without explicit and sovereign consent. This includes, but is not limited to, mandates that permit the deployment of "peacekeeping" forces without the full and unequivocal invitation of the host nation's legitimate government.

Article V. Limited Role of International Bodies

The role of the World Parliament and other international organizations in relation to domestic conflicts shall be strictly limited to:
Facilitating voluntary dialogue and diplomatic channels, only upon the explicit request and unanimous consent of all legitimate parties* within a sovereign nation.
Providing humanitarian aid, only upon the explicit, uncoerced invitation and under the full control of the legitimate national government*, ensuring such aid is never weaponized or used as a pretext for intervention.
* Upholding the principle of non-interference as the paramount guiding principle for all international relations.

Article VI. Accountability for Past Breaches

This World Parliament acknowledges the devastating consequences of past interventions, which have often exacerbated conflicts, fueled extremism, and undermined the very stability they purported to protect. A future built on respect for sovereignty demands a clear break from these destructive globalist policies.

Conclusion

This proposal stands as a bulwark against the forces of globalism that seek to dismantle the nation-state. It is a clarion call for a return to fundamental principles: Nationalism First, Sovereignty Always. Let this World Parliament, if it is to have any legitimate purpose, serve the interests of sovereign nations, not undermine them. The era of foreign meddling must end, and the absolute authority of each nation over its own destiny must be unequivocally reaffirmed.
