Fair Work Amendment (Fairer Fuel) Bill 2026
Amends the Fair Work Act 2009 to: allow the minister to determine that an application relating to a road transport contractual chain order (RTCCO) is an emergency application in the event of time-sensitive circumstances or circumstances that negatively impact the road transport industry nationally; and enable the Fair Work Commission to make RTCCOs in an expedited manner.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r7462
