Housing and Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 (Bill 58 of 2026)
Bill entitled an Act to provide for additional requirements, relating to residency in the State, to be satisfied in order to be eligible for social housing support; to provide for an appeal of certain decisions relating to social housing support; for those purposes to amend the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009; to make provision in relation to the conduct of mediations, adjudications and Tribunal hearings by the Residential Tenancies Board; to increase the penalties for certain offences under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004; for those and other purposes to amend that Act; and to provide for related matters.oireachtas.ie/en/bills/bill/2026/58/
