Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Amendment (Strategic Reserve) Bill 2026
Amends the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Act 1991 to: expand and clarify the role of Export Finance Australia in supporting projects that contribute to Australia’s strategic reserves, including reserves of critical goods, materials or capabilities considered essential to Australia’s economic security, supply chain resilience or national interest; provide for remuneration and allowances for committee members; and provide for reporting requirements.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r7472
