Reciprocal Cross-Border Public Services Bill

A Bill to require the Secretary of State to publish proposals for the reciprocal provision of health, social and education services between persons in local authorities in England and Scotland, and England and Wales; to require the Secretary of State to publish guidance about the storage, sharing and use of individual data by and between public service providers in England and Scotland, and England and Wales; to require certain public service providers to comply with such guidance; and for connected purposes.
