Introduced with the Cash Distribution Framework Bill 2026, the bill amends the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Corporations Act 2001, Payment Systems and Netting Act 1998 and Reserve Bank Act 1959 to make consequential amendments. Also provides for transitional arrangements.
