All decisions concerning a nation's internal policy, security, defense, culture, and values are the exclusive prerogative of its government and people, free from any external coercion or dictation.\n3. Any attempt to impose \"international norms\" that undermine a nation's ability to legislate and act in its own interest is categorically rejected.\n\n---\n\n## Article 2: On Economic Self-Determination and National Protectionism\n\n1.
